Are Ignito sessions online or offline?
You can access Ignito sessions online once you purchase the Candela Learnings App. We also offer offline sessions in the form of one-day workshops happening at many locations frequently. You may stay tuned to the updates on our social media pages to register for these workshops.
I have attended an Ignito workshop already. Can I attend another? Will it benefit me?
Of course! The theme and activities conducted in each of the workshops vary greatly. So attending such workshops regularly is highly recommended.
I had registered for a workshop, but I couldn't attend it. Will I get a refund?
We have only limited seats available for these workshops and we encourage you to register only if you're sure you can make it, as somebody else would be losing out on the opportunity when you cancel at the last moment. This is the reason we don't offer refund on cancellations.
Do you provide career guidance in your sessions?
Yes, we do focus on goal setting and helping high school children find out their area of interests, which would eventually help them make the right decisions regarding career choices.
Are the online Ignito sessions interactive like the offline ones?
Yes, the online Ignito in-App sessions are highly interactive with the children being asked to do the activities in the specific spaces assigned for this purpose in the Candle's Handbook available along with the ELP kit. They are asked to upload the activities and shall be reviewed by their respective mentors. Suggestions will be provided based on these submissions.
